Business Intelligence and Customizable Reporting OpenPeak ADAM also employs powerful business intelligence tools that allow administrators to track and organize actionable reports around key device, application and permissions status including installation, removal, and update of applications, device location, application usage and radio status, hardware/firmware and battery status, installed apps, and detailed configuration data on demand for customer support needs. Virtually any event that is logged can be reported. For advanced device security control, administrators can use ADAM to: conduct a full or selective wipe of a device, remove individual user data from a multi-user device, force a reboot, logout or password reset, lock a device and set password policies, and fully manage access to components such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, microphone, SD cards, cellular network. Admins can even push Wi-Fi authentication for the creation and management of mobile hotspots.
